I have the right to refuse your commission for whichever reason. If you have already paid for it, you will be fully refunded.

I won't use your commission for commercial purposes, like for example selling it. Neither are you allowed to, except it is agreed on.

I may post the artwork anywhere, also for advertising purposes.

You may post the artwork anywhere, as long as proper credit is given.

Payment will be done upfront.

You'll receive WIPs along the process. Do not ask for WIPs.

Due to my fulltime job the commission will take a while to finish. Be patient, I try to work on it as often as I can!

You are not allowed to erase my signature.

You can view my current queue and your commission status on my Trello

By commissioning me, you verify that you are the owner or have been authorized by the rightful owner of the to be drawn character. I will not stand for possible character theft.

Be sure to provide a good quality reference image, where your character is seen fully, for example a full Reference Sheet.

All Payments are in EUR.

Payment will be done via PayPal. I will send you an invoice for the payment.

If I cancel your commission for whichever reason you will be fully refunded.

If you cancel the commission you will receive a partial refund depending on how much I already worked on it. You will get the WIP file.

After the commission is finished I will not accept a refund.

If you want to order a commission, feel free to contact me on either Instagram or Discord (AviciousFox#2825) , as I am most active on these plattforms.

Communication throughout the process will be held on preferably Discord, but I will take into account what way you prefer.

I will update you on the commission and ask you if you have changes. However, do not intend to change something, that you already approved several WIPs earlier (for example changing the pose after I colored/shaded it).

All my works are delivered digitally. The high-resolution files will be provided to you via e-mail. No shipping is required.
